Over band Magnetic Separators

Over band Magnetic Separators

Featuring deep-penetrating magnetic fields, these robust and self-cleaning separators are ideal for the removal of heavy metal contamination. They are available in the following variants:

  • Inline Magnetic Separators: Positioned at an angle over the conveyor head or at the discharge point of a vibratory feeder, these separators effectively capture contaminants as materials flow through.
  • Cross-Belt Separators: Moving perpendicularly to the main conveyor, these separators operate at a higher speed than the main burden flow, ensuring efficient separation of metals from the material stream.
